Online reading is reading

You're currently reading. Whether you're passively reading or actively reading or knowing that you're reading this or just happened to click in and are now wandering your eyes through each line, you're currently reading.

And maybe you're like me. Someone who wants to read more books. Someone who thinks they don't read enough. Someone who wants to do that whole self-improvement thing while knowing that real self improvement doesn't come from reading other people's blogs and insights but rather doing things on your own.
Or maybe you're someone who's not like me. Someone who doesn't read often (unless for English class). Someone who likes chatting and hanging out with their friends and playing games and doing hobbies but just not reading. Someone who thinks reading is kind of cool but that it's just too long/tiresome/boring to actually do it.

Well rest assured, because you're currently reading. Whether you're passively or actively reading, or reading in parallel this and some Discord messages, or reading this while trying to pay attention in class for some kind of meaningless assignment that you'll do anyways because points, you're reading. And don't forget that you're reading.
Sure, this isn't a book -- it's a blog post. This isn't some neatly bound up information packet that's laid out nicely, has an overarching theme/thesis, is written (usually) professionally and without speculation and is super insightful, but it's a piece of writing, and you're reading nonetheless.

So don't say that you don't read.
